The building sits within walking distance to the waterfront parks, and just a short drive from Logan Airport, the Maverick MBTA stop and I-90. While the site is within close proximity to many amenities, the large windows frame much of skyline and many of these beautiful moments. Modern brick cladding and KOL panels define typological features found in the existing streetscape, while aesthetically presenting itself as a contemporary take on design.
