A boat manufacturing facility located on 333 Terminal Street below the Tobin Bridge and overlooking the Mystic River. This high end boat factory is a unique project with an irreplaceable location with a Boston harbor frontage in the historic Charlestown neighborhood and part of the Charlestown Marine Center. The facility design incorporated the boat assembly and manufacturing spaces on the first floor expanding over 29,000 square feet of space and office facilities on the second floor, to accommodate the needs of the firms team of designers, engineers, and executive  personnel.
