Project Description:

New 5 story ground up building with an underground level to service the needs of the new market space that will occupy the 1st floor. The 2nd through 5th floor accommodate 24 residential units with an array of one and two bedroom units. 

The exterior cladding with brick veneer has design elements compliment (or contrast) the classical architectural language of the adjacent historic buildings, such as Hibernian Hall. The brick veneer wall construction creates a cavity to place insulation, to eliminate thermal bridging and improve energy-efficiency.
