Project Description: 124 Warren street is located at the corner of Warren and Winthrop Street, Roxbury. In 2014, the 19th century Italianate duplex house, fell victim to suspected arson. The new design incorporates the footprint and general shape of the historic house, to conserve a reflection of the past. The aesthetic appearance maintains the historic detailing of the community while implying its modernity via material selections. The reimagined interior consists of a much more spacious layout, providing six, 2-bedroom condominium units and ground floor covered parking.
