Located in the Mount Pleasant Historic District, in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston.

The work of retrofitting and remodeling of the pre-existing building entailed in the removal of the deteriorated plaster façade to bring the exterior look closer to the “sister building” located in vicinity. A small addition to the rear of the property incorporated balconies and the redesign of the interior layout to create a more open space concept for the 4 new residential units

The design prioritized for energy efficiency with the upgrades to the building’s envelope.
